Superfood in schnapps, turmeric as an all-round booster
It is well known that spicy and bitter aromas go well with juniper schnapps, so this is why you should listen Gin and Tonic to the standard repertoire of every gastronomy. The tropical turmeric (Curcuma longa) freshly tastes slightly resinous and hot, if it is dried it tastes slightly bitter. Like all ginger spices, turmeric is also full of substances that have a positive effect on the body:
Turmeric is a recognized medicine.
The yellow dye Curcumin is said to have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Contains turmeric Antioxidants, which reduce free radicals in the body and thus prevent diseases and have an anti-cancer effect.
Free radicals are harmful oxygen compounds that accelerate cell aging and weaken the immune system. Antioxidants bind these harmful substances and therefore also have an effect positive for the complexion and hair growth and are considered natural rejuvenating agents.
Curcumin is a natural blood thinner (just like alcohol) and stimulates blood flow.
The root has a positive effect on the metabolism and contributes to the purification of toxins.
